We prepare concepts that are a entirely beneficial compromise between the architect's vision and the expectations and capabilities of the investor. On the basis of our concepts, later investment projects are created, used in the processes of applying for a decision on building consent or decision on development conditions. 

The concepts we develop are adapted to the scale, characteristics and individual conditions of the investment, silmultaneously containing the most important issues related to it, such as construction technology, type of construction or the way of arranging objects.
